The ONỤLI App is a mobile shopping and magazine experience. We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use advertising identifiers. We do not share your data with advertising networks or data brokers.

When you use the App, you may choose to provide:

Account information — If you sign in, your email address is used to authenticate via Shopify's secure passwordless login (a sign-in link is sent to your email). We do not store passwords.
Order information — When you make a purchase, your name, shipping address, billing address, and payment details are processed by Shopify, our e-commerce platform. We do not store payment card details.
Customer support — If you contact us, we may collect the information you provide in your message.

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores certain data locally on your device using your browser's built-in storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party:

Wishlist — Products you save to your wishlist.
Recently viewed products — Products you have browsed.
Shopping cart — Items added to your cart.
Notification preferences — Your choice regarding local notifications.

Information Collected Automatically

Session cookies — The App uses first-party cookies solely to maintain your login session and shopping cart. These cookies are essential for the App to function and are not used for tracking or advertising.
Push notification tokens — If you opt in to push notifications, we store a device token to send you notifications about new products and updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not use App Tracking Transparency because we do not track you.
We do not collect or use advertising identifiers (IDFA).
We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking tools in the App.
We do not share or sell your personal information to advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing partners through the App.
We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
We do not collect precise location data.

Local Notifications

The App may send local notifications (scheduled on your device, not from a server) to remind you about wishlist items, new arrivals, seasonal collections, and price changes. These notifications are processed entirely on your device. You can manage or disable them in your device's notification settings.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Shopify — Our e-commerce platform, which processes orders, payments, and customer accounts. When you make a purchase or sign in, your information is handled by Shopify in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
Apple Push Notification service (APNs) / Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — Used to deliver push notifications if you opt in.

Data Retention

Local data (wishlist, recently viewed, cart) is stored on your device and can be cleared at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App. Account and order data is retained by Shopify as described in their privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights
