The Samira Dress is a maxi silhouette that earns its place as a wardrobe staple. Crafted from a breathable linen-cotton blend, it's the kind of dress that feels cool and considered no matter the occasion — structured enough for a work event, relaxed enough for a long summer lunch. The defined flap detail, inverted pleats, and two functional pockets make it as practical as it is polished.

Fabric & Finish

Made from a linen-cotton blend, the Samira offers the breathability of linen with the softness of cotton — a combination that keeps you comfortable through warm days without wrinkling beyond wear. Available in White, it's a clean, versatile base that works across seasons and styling directions.

Fit & Sizing

Available in UK sizes 6–24 with two sleeve options — Short Sleeves or Sleeveless — so you can choose the coverage that suits the occasion. Classic Fit with a structured bodice, graceful gathers, and a flowing maxi length. Refer to the Ruks A La Mode Size Chart for custom sizing guidance.

Styling Tips

Beautiful but fit not great for average sized woman

its absolutely beautiful but entirely too long. and the fit on the waist is not great. I think for the averaged sized woman this is not a great choice. It would almost need to be tailor-made. however the colours and quality of work and the fabric are great. Instead of returning it I am having it adjusted.
